Synopsis:

Opens with barefoot, bearded, very scruffy IK in big hat playing guitar and singing Hava Nagila on a street in "South America." He begs a meal from a well-dressed cigar-smoking man who rebuffs him. IK smashes the guitar over his head, and the man calls the police, who knock out IK and haul him off. The accosted man calls AW on his cigarette communicator—the plan was successful: IK is headed to prison.

At HQ, NS kisses Sarah's hand, but she says he's not getting her into that "secret map room" again. Racy exchange between them (play on "impregnable") as NS tells her about the computer hidden in the prison; AW, unamused, interrupts them and calls her "Miss Sugarpie." In "Chaqua," the computer is in the basement, surrounded by high-tech security. The Governor, accompanied by two "nurses," says they've finishing programming at the Huntington Library and British Museum and watches Thrushie scan the cover of a book into some device. This computer holds "all the knowledge in the world," says Cervantes.

A clean-shaven but still scruffy IK is brought in to begin his 7-year sentence; Cervantes recognizes him and IDs him to Governor. Back at HQ, AW tells NS the details of the plan: he is to knock out the generators so IK can destroy the computer. NS's cover will be Salty Oliver, an uptight and overly-argumentative woman (NS is almost rude to her) who is tricked into Del Floria's and doubts what she's hearing: "What kind of television do you people watch?" NS (not at all flirtatious here) will pose as her husband when she inspects the prison for her Penal Reform organization.

NS and Salty arrive at Governor's house (no AC?), NS in moustache and with bad British accent and golf clubs. (Gov. calls her "Mrs. Oliver"—apparently her spouse's name doesn't count). Unpacking, NS reveals 3 bombs, a gun, communicator, and an inflatable raft. When Salty comes out in robe and without glasses, NS shifts into wolf mode.

IK, dirty and shirtless under a vest, is digging—with a cigarette in his mouth, where it will remain all episode. Salty hides the bag with the equipment for him to retrieve—and Cervantes watches from afar. NS rafts to the generator, gets caught after a fight. A predatory Cervantes tells Salty he'll save NS if she gives herself to him, and he then frees a strung up, spread-eagled NS and they head for generator—the guards have been given drugged coffee. NS is appalled when Cervantes kills his man in cold blood.

IK easily gets into the facility and accidentally finds hidden lever for door. He is saved from frying when the electric eye zaps his cigarette rather than him (the reason for the prop?). Generator goes out, IK gets through, finds computer, and easily blows it up. He calls NS, says the job is done (and he's hungry); NS tells him to get his "dirty self" away from there while he goes back for Salty, though IK doesn't want him to go alone. At the mansion, the Governor knows NS is coming: the whole scene was a set-up so UNCLE would think the computer destroyed. He has a dressed-up Salty there, under the "care" of the strong-arm nurses. Cervantes leads NS to them and he's caught. The Governor destroys his communicator, but IK was trying to call and realizes something is wrong. Salty and NS share a romantic moment, but are tied up and can't reach to kiss.

The Governor drones on about the computer and his success to a group of well-dressed, bored Thrushies at the dinner table. IK, aka "Filthy," now wearing Thrush uniform but still whistling Hava Nagila, frees Salty and NS and learns computer was a fake. ("How awkward," he comments.) While Salty wheels a cake with the conveniently remaining bomb on it into the dining room, NS puts on IK's Thrush uniform (must have smelled!) and IK runs off as a decoy, with every Thrush guard in the place on his tail. NS (after taking off uniform and putting his suit jacket back on—always proper) joins them in dining room where Salty is holding them all at bay. Everyone runs except the Governor—and Cervantes, who tries to leave but is tripped by his laughing boss. Boom.

Salty and NS run to jeep, which IK is trying to get started; while he struggles, NS and Salty kiss in the back seat. When NS starts sweet-talking her, IK chimes in, reciting the lines along with NS, and they all drive off with Salty yelling at NS, who is trying to explain….
